Some good news we would like to pass along.
On June 10, 2020 Lighthouse Church in Fargo, ND was awarded a grant from the FM Area Foundation’s Community Response Fund of Cass and Clay Counties in the amount of $5,000 for COVID-19 Response. The FM Area Foundation’s Community Response Fund is used to provide support to nonprofit organizations in the event of a community crisis or disaster. Lighthouse Church applied for the grant in order to fund the necessary audio, visual, and technical equipment and the personnel needed to provide live-stream productions of the worship services and recovery programs vital to many people in our community.
In a time of isolation, those struggling with mental health issues, recovering from addictions, re-entering society post prison/jail, or dealing with life’s difficulties continue to need the help and support of others as well as a sense of community. The ability to participate in live-streaming opportunities allows children, youth and adults to stay connected, to continue to learn and grow in areas of spirituality and recovery, and to receive the strength, hope, love, and encouragement that Lighthouse Church has to offer.
Lighthouse Church is a welcoming, casual and non-judgmental community of faith. Everyone is welcome, no matter your life struggles or where you are in your spiritual journey. We celebrate our diversity and that we are not your traditional church. At the Lighthouse, everyone is welcome...No Perfect People Allowed!
